Mobility for Climbers with Carly
In this class, you will work with Carly to increase functional mobility throughout your body. To achieve this students will expand current ranges of motion, while focusing on learning to control and strengthen through the full range of motion in each joint. Increasing mobility can help you move better, climb better, and feel better.
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
Vinyasa with Robbie
A steady vinyasa flow, pairing movement with breath. Find new challenges for your balance and strength. Wraps up with deep stretches and stillness.
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
Mindful Yoga with Robbie
A traditional Vinyasa class with short guided mediations. Add to your toolset to help yourself maintain a healthy mind and body. Great for anyone looking to find focus in their climbing sessions, start a mindfulness practice or simply to grow as a yogi!
Thursdays at 7:30 PM
Vinyasa Yoga with Cara
Join Cara for a 60 minute vinyasa flow. A great end to a climbing session or start to an evening out with friends, this feel-good class will leave you buzzing with good vibes and a calm mind. Perfect for all skill levels.
Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Peak Pose with Martha
In this class you will work through a series of pose progressions leading you to your deepest expression. Each month, a new pose will be featured. We will go through a warm-up and smart sequencing to prepare the body to safely enter the peak pose. The sequence will conclude with a set of counterposes to round out the practice.

Restorative Yoga with Cara
A class designed to leave you feeling rested, resorted, and feeling good! Starting with meditation and breath work to bring steadiness to the mind, followed with restorative postures. Finishing with a slow mindful flow, before heading to our final resting posture.
Get moving in our fitness and studio spaces
Our gym has a full powerlifting setup, kettlebells, rings, and open space for movement. For quieter practices like yoga and meditation, take advantage of our studio space.
Came for the climbing, stayed for the community
